Ben also covered the following:

• His predictions for the Six Nations this year - believing England are favourites but they have to have belief in themselves in order to retain the title
• Eddie Jones' method of training, management and his tendency to keep the players on their toes
• His predictions for the England Vs Wales game and how he thinks it's going to be a crunch match for England but think England could have the edge as they're at home
• Some of the players to watch out for including his thoughts on Ben Te'o playing in the number 13 position
• Courtney Law playing number 6 and enjoying his roaming role
• The quality of the bench and how they can essentially be the game-changers
